Refund Policy

Doodle Duel is a Cyber Sky product. All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding refunds on purchases made through our Service.

14-Day Refund Policy

You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without giving any reason. To meet the refund deadline, you must submit your refund request before the 14-day period expires.

If you cancel within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at rajat@doodleduel.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and transaction details.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your account will revert to the free tier after the subscription period ends

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. Paddle's consumer terms apply to your purchase and can be found at paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms.
