Refund Policy

Doodle Duel is a Cyber Sky product. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding refunds on purchases made through our Service.
Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the authorized Merchant of Record and reseller for Doodle Duel. When you make a purchase, you are buying from Paddle, and the product is provided to you by Cyber Sky (the "Supplier"). Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, and refund operations on our behalf.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the original transaction date. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be processed.
Both full and partial refunds are available:
- Full refund — the entire payment amount is returned to you
- Partial refund — only a portion of the payment is returned, as applicable
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Paddle reserves the right to refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at rajat@doodleduel.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following details:
- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Pro Purchases
Doodle Duel Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase. Once purchased, Pro features are permanently unlocked on your account with no recurring charges.
If you are not satisfied with your Pro purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, Pro purchases are non-refundable.
Sales Tax Refunds
If you have been charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or Consumption Tax) on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law. You must contact us within 60 days of the purchase and provide a valid sales tax code for your country. Sales tax refund requests received after 60 days will not be processed.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in restrictions on future purchases.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and refunds as the Merchant of Record.
