Doodle Duel is a Cyber Sky product. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Doodle Duel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Doodle Duel is an online multiplayer drawing game where players compete by creating drawings based on given prompts. The Service includes both free and premium features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Cyber Sky and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of drawings you create, but grant us a license to display them within the Service.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All purchases are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Please review our Refund Policy for information about refunds and cancellations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
